As a registered dietitian, I’ve seen firsthand how damaging the world’s standard for women’s health can be. We’re told to improve our bodies through “clean” food, rigid dieting, and intense workouts. The world says to do more, to try harder, to chase perfection.

I’m here to help you let go of your obsession with perfection.

The Grace Rooted Gals community introduces you to gentle routines that will help you develop positive relationships with food, your body, and most of all, your Creator. 

A Grace Rooted Gal will…

Meet Megan!

I am a registered dietitian based in Michigan and I’ll be your guide through Grace Rooted Gals. I’m married to my best friend, Jon, and I love hanging out with my fur baby, Milo. I thrive by nurturing all the important areas of my life––physical, spiritual, and mental. 

Even as a nutrition professional, I’ve experienced the overwhelm, stress, and disconnect that comes from trying to fit into the world’s beliefs surrounding food, diet, and health. After experimenting with different diets myself, I realized there’s a need for a grace rooted approach to nutrition.

It brings me great joy to guide women like you to discover the gracious freedom through Christ that allows us to restore our relationship with food and block out the body shaming narrative that is prevalent in our culture. 

I created the Grace Rooted Gals community to teach women that they can listen to their individual bodies’ needs when it comes to nutrition, and I would love to teach you too!
